Return Policy
We do our best to make sure that you're happy with the items purchased from us. All shipping is done on a FOB basis. This means you own the item when it leaves our shop. We will arrange shipping, but we will not be liable for any shipping damage. Your merchandise is fully insured, but in the case of damage, you will file a claim directly with the shipping company. We will assist you with the claims process. We strongly suggest you keep the original box for at least for 30 days!
Customers are allowed to return the manufacture’s defected scooters for a full refund or exchange within a 7 day period with a copy of the invoice, but you must report any damage to us within 24 hours after scooter has been delivered, after which, and you must obtain a RMA number for a return.
No Scooter return will be accepted without a RMA number. Scooters must be returned in the original container with all packing materials, accessories, manuals, and a complete description about why you are returning your scooter. You will be charged for the replacement cost of any missing items.
After RMA# is issued, we must receive your return scooter in 7 business
days, otherwise your shipment will be rejected! OWNER MUST REFRAIN FROM
RIDING SCOOTERS TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGES IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THEM.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON SCOOTERS THAT
DISPLAY HEAVY OR EXTENSIVE USE.
Warranty is voided if: frame is broken or bent due to abuse; wheels are bent or broken due to impact; spindles or A-Arms are bent or broken due to impact; axles are bent or broken due to impact; non-factory altering or abuse of motor or its components; plastic fairings are damaged by impact. This warranty does not cover wearable parts such as: cables-throttle and brake, brake pads and shoes, tires, hoses, filters and lubricants or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or extreme riding or loss of time without scoter, vandalism, fire or theft.. All warranties are voided if the scooter has been altered in any way or is used used under abnormal conditions, or subject to abuse, misuse, neglect or improper maintenance.
Shipping and handling are not refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS! Customers are responsible for paying shipping return cost both ways of the exchange. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted!
Any damage on the return scooters during shipping will result in a partial refund instead of a full refund.
Exchange
For exchange of the scooter, we must receive your returned scooter first and inspect it. If the scooter is repairable, we will repair it; if not, we will happily exchange it for a new one. Again customers are responsible for shipping both ways.
A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns without factory defects or damage. Again, you must report to us within 72 hours, and shipping and handling are not refundable. Once again you are responsible to ship back the scooter to us with RMA#..
LAWS and gasoline scooters
Please check with your state scooter law before making purchase, we do not accept any return scooters because you find out your purchase doesn’t comply with your state scooter law later on.
Vehicles that are assembled, fueled or used cannot be returned. like Some Mopeds, Dirt Bikes, ATVs cannot be accepted on return because the federal regulations prohibit transport of vehicles that have been fueled. For some scooters the gas tank can be emptied and washed before shipping.
Because gasoline is hazardous and flammable material, gas scooters that have been ridden and parts have been used with gasoline are extremely dangerous, and is prohibited by law to mail. Individuals who send them through mail might face fines and/or imprisonment. If you must ship them back to us, please make sure there is no gasoline remains in the scooters or parts. We are not responsible for any event that is caused by this matter.
Disputes
If a credit card payment is disputed by a cardholder, and product is not returned to Jules Electric, This is known as “Internet Shoplifting”, and the Cardholder is responsible for all collection cost, and the maximum attorney fees allowed by California law to collect, and is punishable by jail under California Federal Laws. Cardholders will also be reported to Trans Union, TRW and CSC Credit reporting agencies, and all collections agencies.

NOTE: ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGE PARTS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL UNUSED CONDITION! WE WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR DISASSEMBLED!Shipping
Scooters and parts will be shipped by UPS, Yellow Transportation or UPS Freight (Overnight Trucking) as standard ground (parts might be shipped with USPS first class mail depending on the size).
Rush deliveries are available at additional cost.
Customer can also use their own shipping accounts if they prefer, handling fee will be applied.
We can ship scooters worldwide.

- All of our scooters are brand new in the box and 95% assembled. Our scooter experts will examine each scooter to make sure everything on the scooters is in prefect condition prior to shipping.
- We fully pack the scooter in a professional way. We purchase insurance and signature required for each scooter that we ship (it’s included in the S/H); THEREFORE, WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES BY THE SHIPPER; however, we will help customers to file claims to the shipping company if any damages occur during shipping.
We do not ship scooters to P.O. Box, APO and FPO, nor do we accept COD.
Scooters orders placed before 3:00 pm PST will usually ship the next business day
(weekends and holidays are not considered as business day).
For orders of parts please allow 24-72 hours for us to ship them out.
NOTE: Your satisfaction is very important to us! We have provided dimensions, specifications and photos on all vehicles and other items to better help you with your purchasing decision. Please check item descriptions carefully prior to purchase.
You are responsible for the safe use of your products purchased from us, and by doing so, you agree to hold Jules Electric harmless in the event of any injury sustained from the proper or improper use of any products purchased from us.
